My sisters husband died in October and this song says just how she feels. She feels so lost without him. It's so hard for her, they have a two year old and she makes sure his family is still a big part of his life, especially his mom. The first time I heard this song I cried.

Feb 4th 2009, I lost the love of my life at a young age of 23. We have 2 wonderful children together. Our daughter is going to be 4 in a week, and our son is now only 11 months old. Mallary Your song hits way to close to home. Don’t get me wrong, it’s one of the best songs I’ve heard in a long time. I lost my older brotherlast October when he was killed in a vehicle accident on his way to work. Jason was only 35 years young and left behind two sweet girls and his long time girlfriend Amy. Although a week after his funeral, Jason left us with one final gift. His girlfriend found out she was pregnant. Nine months after his funeral, we were blessed with a beautiful little girl. Your song plays out the steps Amy and our family are going through each day. Even know two of his daughter won’t remember him, we will do our best to let them know how great of a man he was. I too feel that this song was written for me. I am 31 and my husband died in January of a massive heart attack at the age of 28. I am left with 3 children the oldest is now 3 and the youngest 1. I see myself in this video and the feelings she talks about are so real. Its a daily struggle to deal with life without him and try to move on. The battles of finding love and having the world accept the moving on are only a portion of this pain. Thanks for the song!
